Timeframe: You must submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Product Condition: Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags intact, free of stains or damage, and include all original accessories, packaging, labels, gifts, and proof of purchase (such as invoices or order screenshots).

Process: You must apply for and obtain return authorization via qiad@cryptbox.pro before returning the item.

  1. Return Processing Time

After receiving your return request, we will confirm the return information within 2–3 business days.

Once confirmed, you can ship the goods back to the return address.

After the returned goods arrive and are inspected, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Scenario 1: Non-Product Quality Issues

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

Scenario 2: Product Quality Issues, Serious Discrepancies with Description, or Wrong/Missing Items

Return shipping costs are borne by the seller.

The original shipping fee will be fully refunded along with the purchase price.

Exceptions

The return period has expired.

The product is damaged, stained, or missing parts due to improper use or storage, not due to quality issues.

Product labels, packaging, accessories, or gifts are incomplete.

Any product not sold or shipped by us.
